Reliable IT that lets your team get on with the work

Xendoriax Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a Johannesburg-based managed IT services provider. We look after the technology small and mid-sized South African businesses depend on — the helpdesk, the servers and cloud, the networks and the security — so that staff can work without fighting their tools. The company is registered with the CIPC under number 2021/489273/07 and supports clients nationally, remotely and on site.

01 — Profile

A Johannesburg managed-services provider

Xendoriax Technologies was founded to give growing businesses the kind of dependable IT that larger companies take for granted, without the cost of an in-house department. We are a private company (proprietary limited) registered with the CIPC under 2021/489273/07 and registered for VAT. The business is directed by Kagiso Mokoena and Liam van Wyk, and works from offices in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

We favour clear service-level commitments and plain explanations over jargon, so a client always knows what they are paying for and what to expect.

02 — Support

Managed IT support

Our helpdesk is the day-to-day face of the service: a responsive first point of contact for the problems that stop people working, from a password reset to a failing laptop. We monitor systems proactively, so that many issues are caught and fixed before anyone notices, and we keep an asset and ticket record so recurring problems get solved at the root.

  • Responsive remote and on-site helpdesk;
  • Proactive monitoring of devices and servers;
  • Patch management and software updates;
  • Clear service-level targets and reporting.
03 — Cloud

Cloud and infrastructure

We design, set up and look after the infrastructure a business runs on, whether that lives in the cloud, on local servers, or both. That includes email and productivity platforms, file storage and sharing, backups that are actually tested, and the networking that ties it together. The goal is infrastructure that is right-sized for the business — neither fragile nor needlessly expensive.

04 — Security

Cybersecurity

Good security is mostly good habits, consistently applied. We put sensible protections in place — managed anti-malware, multi-factor authentication, sound backup and a clear response plan — and help staff recognise the phishing and scam attempts that are the most common way in. We also help clients meet their obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for the data they hold.

Why it matters

IT you only notice when it is missing

The best measure of managed IT is that people stop thinking about it. We aim for exactly that: systems that stay up, problems that are handled before they spread, and a provider that answers the phone. When something does break, we fix the cause, not just the symptom, and we tell the client plainly what happened and why.

05 — Onboarding

How onboarding works

  1. A review of your current systems, devices and pain points.
  2. A written proposal with a clear scope and a fixed monthly fee.
  3. A documented hand-over and set-up, with no disruption to the team.
  4. Ongoing support with monitoring, reporting and a named contact.
